MEMPHIS, TN- Built in the 1840’s, this historic landmark was in need of restoration. We were brought in to enable the masons to reach every brick of the tower’s 95 ft height. The East elevation of the bell tower was directly over the roof of the sanctuary, which made for a difficult situation for allowing access. With our engineering ingenuity and skilled scaffold crew, we designed and constructed a scaffold that combined numerous equipment systems to span over the sanctuary and support the loads of the further 35 ft of scaffold bearing down on the span. The interior of the bell tower required additional support and access for the renovation work.
